Ht. 5'9", Wt. 160 - hi, this is my first post, im almost at risk of being overweight and i want to be 145 by june, thats about 15 pounds to loose in like 3 months. i have the exercise thing down cuz i play lacrosse for my high school 6 days a week. but does anyone have a detailed plan that i could follow for the next couple weeks to loose that weight?
