If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From snazzychick*, Age 14 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - breakfast: special k cereal w/ milk; mid-morning snack: raspberries; lunch: 1 slice of cheese pizza and 2 slices of veggie pizza; snack: banana; dinner: taco and a cup of milk; for excercise I just did a 20 minute "walk away the pounds" 1 mile routine. How good or bad is this? I honestly don't know so please inform me!!! |
