Ht. 5'7, Wt. s:185 c:154 g:150 - Hey everyone. How'd I do?? Breakfast: Organic Chex cereal with soy milk, organic cranberry soy granola bar. Lunch: Flavored water, bowl of fruit (kiwi, strawberries, watermelon..lots of other fruit) and a cranberry muffin. Snack: Apple, creamed honey on Italian bread, and a little peanut butter. Dinner: Homemade chili (turkey, not beef) with a sprinkle of cheese and a string cheese. Then for my treat-of-the-day was like 3-4 tablespoonsish of tapioca pudding. I also did the pacer tape in gym and made it all the way! YAY, go me! So that was 26 minutes of running, and then i walked home from school which is 15 minutes of walking...is that enough exerice? thanks!
