Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - to Melinda the devil: well I didn't really have the biggest appetite this week because I wasn't feeling well. But all I did basically was ate a little bit less of things I regularly ate the whole thing. Like instead of the whole soft pretzel, I had ate all but like one peice. & when my family got all this fattening food, I just got a potato burger (basically just a hasbrown with vegetables on a bun) and ate like 3/4ths of it and I still lost weight! Gosh, those are good. Normally I would have ate the whole thing, plus fries and a milkshake. But instead I ate 3/4ths of it and has some salad. Over this week I realized more that food isn't everything and it's not worth eating really fattening foods!
