Ht. 5*9, Wt. *** - um, i had some questions reguarding Curves-so Curves is a gym type of workout place, where you go 3x a week, and exercise for a half an hour. there is a machine to work all areas. abs, glutes(butt), theighs, legs, arms, shoulders ect. its so fun and such a good workout cuz its not like straining or nothin. its sorta expensive at first, but then its cheap. you get this Curves book that teaches you things. i learned that cutting calories, and increasing your protein, makes you lose the most weight with curves. its super fun! and its all women. its like strength training too.
