Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178.4 - For Sarah, 19: Okay well it took me three weeks, loosing at the healthy rate of about 2.5 pounds per week. What I did was fairly simple. I just cut out a few things like soda and switched to baked chips and stuff and drank water. It helped if I wrote down everything that I ate so I could balance meals out; if I had a treat for lunch, like then I could add a salad for dinner. You really don't miss the extra food after a few days. I also did the Weight Watcher's DVD Get In Shape becuase it's only 30min and has 3 levels of intensity with a variation of fun exercise in each level. You start at light intensity and then in a few weeks you could increase to moderate and high. (i love moderate) A big key was giving up the soda my face used to be covered with acne and now it is tremendously clearer. Don't forget to get lowfat calciums becuase it actually helps you burn fat, and Weight Watcher's desserts truly are THE BEST! hope i helped good luck! ^_^
