Message Replying To From beth, Age 14 Ht. 5ft10, Wt. 189 - i was working out yesterday doing cycling rowing amd weights(in the gym) and i remeberd to stretch out, but today My stomach muscles and sholders and back are all really aching Ilifted well within my limit and did lot's of reps but i'm aching all over! why is this? |
