Meal 1: 1 serving special K cereal with 1 cup of 2% milk Meal 2 (snack): 1 slice of whole wheat bread with lean turkey Meal 3: 1 chicken salad with fat-free dressing Meal 4 (snack): 1 slice of whole whaet bread with tuna Meal 5: Lean meat or fish with 2 cups of veggies include 4-6 fruits and drink 10-12 glasses of water; avoid sweets and fruit juices.
