Message Replying To From Monica, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 208 - I wanna know if I was to continue just drinking water only, no soda or juice. Eating smaller portions of food still eating fast food but not alot,no chips and not alot of junk and exercise every other day for 20-25 min could I lose 38 pounds by june 16th. |
