Ht. 5'8, Wt. 230 - Hi My name is brooke. And im new to this site. Im actually 8 months pregnant, but cant wait to get this pregnancy over with so i can start loosing weight. Pre Pregnancy i was 210 pounds im guessing after the pregnancy i will of gained an additional 20 pounds. I read the charts and my "Idea" Weight is suppose to be 168 for my height, which is a reasonable amount. But i am going to set my goal for 170. Which means I need to loose 60 pounds. My mom and I are planning on joining the Gym. Im really interested in doing some Cycling classes 3 times a week. I hope i can loose some weight just doing that for 2 hour 3/4 times a week, eatting healthy. But my question was.. Anyone in here have any Good Success Stories?? all ive read is bad ones. Has anyone lost a great deal of weight? and what did u do?
