Ht. 5'5, Wt. 272:[ - OKAY. Today so far, I've had the recommended serving of sugar smacks..which were 100 calories and Ofg! Now I'm eating a little over serving of peas/carrots mixed, whole potatoes--70cals 0 fg. 1 slice of honey wheat bread--60 cals 0.5fg, and apple sauce--50 cals, 0 fg. With this I'm drinking water. I'm gonna exercise soon...I think I'm doing good so far. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! xxmuchluff//3
