Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - okay i did bad today...for breakfast i had a bowl of Kix with 1% milk. for lunch i had a yogurt, a water bottle, and a 100 calorie pack. when i got home from school i had pizza bites, and that was about 300 calories and had like 6 oreos, then i had tomato soup for dinner, and now i feel totally full and guilty. i need help...thanks ♥
