Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Joy, Age 15 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 139 - I don't know if this has been posted yet but... I weighed myself before I worked out and then after I worked out (I know weight doesn't come off that fast...I was just bored, I guess). After I worked out I was 3 pounds more than I was before I worked out. I've noticed that lately and I wondered if it was normal. My weight goes back to normal if I sit for a while but when I work out it goes up. It's no big deal and it doesn't really matter but I wondered if anyone else noticed that. |
