Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - Hey everyone! I decided I wasn't going to weigh myself for a month because I was so disappointed last time I did.. I dropped a pant size but only lost 3 pounds, which is normal but whatever. I am generally on a low carb diet, but I'm not on aktins. Today I ate 1 scrambled egg for breakfast. Lunch, 2 small meatballs and a small side salad with low cal/no carb golden ceasar dressing. Dinner, well I didn't really eat much but I had grilled eggplant with mozarella cheese on it... OMG it was sooo good!!! Please don't make comments on not eating enough, because that is more than I usually do! I work out on my exercise bike for 15-20 mins and I try to do my pilates tape twice a week atleast. I've been on my diet for about 3 weeks now.
