Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 210 - How is low-fat-yogurt(100 cal.) with a little fruit (strawberrys[3]+grapes[10?]) for breakfast? Im going to go workout for an hour at the gym (plan on doing it every day). Then after a side salad from mcdonalds with no ranch or croutons. And for dinner..Lean turkey on wheat, with celery? |
