Message Replying To From Laura, Age 14 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - I figured something out today that everyone Must relize to lose weight. There is NO easy way of losing weight healthy. It takes the heart, dedication and encouragement to do it....Today i did so well!! I had 1 half a cup of cheerious w/ milk. Then a salad with italin dressing, 1 bottle of water, 1 side fruit salad, and 1 whole can of corn, and a bottle of water. I did cross-country back in fall and i was a really fast runner. But after that i didn't continue when the season was over. And now i am back and from today on i will run everyday. I run about 2 miles// ...i base it on the time...so even though it's a mile....i have to run for atleast 17 minutes. Then i do 100 weight lifts on each arm and crunches sets and then a short 20 minuter pilate video or yoga. Trust me you'll feel so good just from a 20 minute run. And to me it isn't just getting to be thin....it's HOW i got there. Someone who had surgery or made therself throw up will not feel as happy and excited as someone who aspired or strived to be thin. And honestly it is not the samething. It will hurt you in the end. |
