Ht. 5'3", Wt. 199 - Ok, so this friend of my sisters told me this thing she did to get rid of her stomach, and she said it worked for her, but it seemed a little weird to me. Here goes: She told me that when you sleep, just sleep on your back, cause when you sleep on your stomach, there's alot of pressure on it, so you have to push it harder to breathe. So it kind of made sense to me, I don't think it would make your stomach that much thinner, but a little bit. I just wanted to know if you guys think it sounds like it would work??? And P.S. I am really happy, cause I finally got under 200 pounds, YAY!!!
