Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. S 210. C 205.5 G 185 - Breakfast-Oatmeal &rice cake. 70 minute cardio workout at the gym. Snack-granola bar. Lunch-fruit and light yogurt. For dinner i think im going to have lean turkey on wheat with a 10 calorie sugar free jello cup and carrot sticks. About 4 bottles of water today. INPUT? thanks much :) |
