Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - breakfast: special K fruit and yogurt cereal with 1% milk. Lunch:100 calorie pack.water bottle. light strawberry banana yogurt Dinner: one 103/4 ounce can of Campbells tomato soup since i cant have meat today, and a water bottle. Snack: banana,5 grapes, small brownie, and small piece of pound cake and a water bottle.i know i did bad on the snacks. Exercise: 10 minutes of light jog up and down 7 steps before and after dinner, 50 crunches,15 push ups. So how bad did i do today? and be honest so i can do better tomorrow. thanks 3
