Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From {{**JUELSZ**}}, Age 16 Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:265 G:170 - Hey everyone, I need opinions. Next month I am gonna start a new level of exercise. Afterschool which is about 3pm as soon as I get home I am going to start walking for a mile or two, whatever equals an hour 1/2. i might buy a pedometer to count my steps. after the walk and i get home i am gonna eat dinner (a very lean piece of skinless chicken breast with a can of veggies with water, or a big salad w/ or without chicken idk yet) after dinner i'm gonna jump rop for 30-45 minutes, the longest i can jump is 30 minutes, i can push for more tho, and after that i'm gonna ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes. I went to toneteen.com and they give an estimation of how many cals burned. should i do more exercise? |
