Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - ugh im so frustrated ive been working out every single day for a week, except tuesday, and all ive lost is 2.5 lbs. Ive been eating nothing but yogurt, oatmeal, granola bars, lean meat on wheat, fruits, veggies and salad, and ive been drinking nothing but water. Shouldnt i have lost more weight? Of course im ok with 2.5 lbs, i mean its less then 210, at least im going somewhere..but still. |
