Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - Hey people! I'm trying to be healthy now, so please let me know how you think that I did today. For breakfast I had cheerios and an apple. For lunch I had a bagel and cream cheese. For a snack I had a light raspberry yoghurt and 4 carrots. For dinner I had fettichini alfredo, corn on the cob with a little butter, and a cup of milk. Today I did 30 cruntches and 30 jumping jacks in the morning, took my dog on a 10 minute walk after school, and did walk away the pounds 1 mile walk video before dinner. FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!!!! Thankssssss fat teens of the world. Let's get fit. =)
