Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174.5 - well heya everyone not bin on here in ages! my lowest weight has been (in the last year) 172lbs and my highest has been 198lbs so at the mo im nrly at ma lowest. I started my diet again, and i no you cant really put a timescale on things but do you think i can lose 6.5lbs in the next 17days lol! cuz like im burning 600cals per day, doing sit ups and weights as well as PE in school 3 times a week for 3 hours altogether. I am also eatng around 1300-1500cals per day. Do you think i can lose the 6.5lbs in 17days or not! id love to hear your opinion! ( ps i dont think i can i think i can lose around 3 but i want to lose 6.5lbs lol) please comment!!!!
