Message Replying To From snazzychick*, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - Here's what I ate yesterday!!! BREAKFAST: rice crispies; LUNCH: veggie hoagie w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and mustard and a carton of 1% milk; SNACK: light yoghurt and 4 slices of watermelon; DINNER: a large portion of mashed potatoes with I can't beleive it's not butter, broccoli and cheese, a peice of toast with jam, and a cup of 2% milk. About how many calories do you think I ate???? Is this healthy or not healthy???? FEEDBACK PUHLEAAAAAAASEEEEE! =) |
