Ht. 5'2, Wt. 140 lbs. - For at least a year now, I've known that I need to lose weight. My problem is not having time to exercise. I have so many activities after school that are inactive and take up time(piano, sewing, horseback riding). I really don't like sports, and my face always turns BRIGHT red when i work out, so I don't like working out with a lot of other people. My parents won't let me go on walks by myself and it's hard to get a hold of one of my friends to go with. Any workout suggestions for me? I think I might take some golf lessons this spring, but thats not very active either. : ( I want to join a local gym but i'd be embarrased if i saw someone i knew. I'm trying to eat healthy. Is it okay to have a little bit of something bad for you occasionally? Today I couldn't resist and ate a hershey kiss. Thanks so much!
