Message Replying To From brooke, Age 15 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - excersize i did yesterday, eliptical for 75 minutes, biked for 45 minutes(13 miles) 60 minutes yoga and 35 minutes kickboxing then a cool down walk for about 3/4 mile, is that enough, it's what i usually do but i added the bike.... it took be about 4 hours to do everything |
