Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - I think I'm eating too much because whenever anyone else posts what they eat it's like less than me always. For breakfast I had apple cinnamon oatmeal and a light berry yoghurt; for lunch I had a peice of white toast w/ reduced fat peanut butter, 5 carrots, and a v8. Are these 2 meals healty?? I'm going to have fruit for a snack and I don't know what for dinner yet. Please give feedback.
