Ht. 5'7, Wt. around155 - hi guys, I am thinking of losing about 20 pounds I've started working out at a gym but i cant stop eating. it seems like now that i've started wworking out i wanna eat more and my cravings have gotten worse. I keep cheating my diet and i keep telling myself "'ll start back up again tomorrow" and gorge all nite.:( this has been going on all month and i've actually gained 10 pounds!) what should i do! help!
