Message Replying To From Monica, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 203 - come on ya'll we can do this. I love fast food and junk food just like ya'll but I love myself more and I know that I am real depressed being overweight, well was. Ever pound and inch I lose I feel more and more confident. I lost 24 pounds and 2 months and ya'll can do this. Don't try to cut out so much of the foods ya'll love to eat so fast. Like one thing ya'll could do is make a list of all types of food ya'll like. fast food, pasta, soda, etc. Then ever month stop eating one of those things and replace them with something healthy.Like instead of fried chicken eat baked chicken. You can still eat certain foods ever now and then it's just that when u find yourself eating like u used to eat(for those that eat alot of unhealthy food) somethings wrong. Make sure the first one ya'll start with is one you can do for sure. Like me I stop drinking soda last year before so I knew I could do that without having a problem with it. Thats the first thing I did. Then stop eating late at night. A good time to stop eating is at 7pm. The rest is pretty simple. All the type of diets ya'll tried or read about pick the ones u think u would mostly be able to do, then put ur on plan together by putting them together with your on twist. This is just a suggestion, but the proof is my weight loss so its possible. Altogether I have lost 42 pounds we can do this, the summer is coming ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
