Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - TGIF..ok so today breakfast-mini wheats lunch-some pretzels and half a brownie(i know its bad but i was so hungry)snack-hot dog no bun and mustard dinner-probly going out somewhere..today was bad beacause my friends were talking about a girl who was like 115 pounds and saying how fat she was and stuff(she is not fat at all)...it made me think of what my friends or other people say about me behind my back.ppl dont know how hard it is to be overweight...I'm loseing motivation ive been working out for 5 days 2 hours a day and havent lost ne thing...and my doctor said i need to lose weight because i might have a silent heart attack because of my type 2 diabetes :-( i hate being fat! (sorry so long of an entry)
