If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From lisa, Age 15 Ht. 5'11, Wt. 200lbs - today... ugg... i dont know i ate in moderation but not healthy... well i started out healthy, i had an apple for breakfast, and orange for a snack, then i had 1/2 slice of pizza, a small bag of salt and vinager chips, milf, for a snack when i got home i had a poptarts to go thing, a bowl of popcorn, and for dinner i had a quarter pounder meal at mcdonalds but i only ate half of it, and split a king size hershey bar between me and my three friends. |
