Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 202.5 - Well latley i havent been doing my BEST. I did work out every day for at LEAST an hour, and eating right. I hadnt worked out for the last 3 days, and i have had a little fast food here and there, but ive had all water, with VERY little diet soda. Ive went down about 7.5 lbs and ive been doing this for almost 2 weeks. Starting tomorrow, i am NOT going to allow myself to mess up because i know i want to be healthy, i dont want to get diabetes, and i want to feel happy. I know itll feel alot better than a bag of chips will be or something. so i dont think im going to be on this site for a while. thanks guys for all the support =]
