Ht. 53, Wt. 150 - ok tomorrow (monday) starts my spring break and starts my diet, i have been saying im gonna go on a diet for about a year now and ill go on a diet for about a week or so maybe lose a pound or two then gain it all back and stay at 150 for a couple of weeks and do the same thing over and over again, its very frustrating but this is really starting to make me angry so starting tomorrow im gonna need all the help i can get im gonna go back to what i use to do which is graze through out the day well thats for this week when i go back to school ill just eat small amounts and when summer comes around ill go back to what im doing this week... but i use to weigh 118 and now i weigh 150 and each time i say im gonna lose weight i instead gain five pounds, so if you ahve any advice please let me know... also exersize isnt a problem, i work out every day whether its running or just crunches or a full out workout at the gym so yeah if there is any advice on eating ill appreciate it bunches!
