hey im a kid, but to help your child if she or he is overweigth do not tell him or her she is fat. because that is just mean, and i know a girl who is overweight and shes still really really pretty. but just pack them a healthier lunch to school and feed them healthier things. encourage them to take sports after school. take them swimming.
