| Reply from Cassie, Age 11 - 5/26/03 - IP#: 207.221.81.xxx tbb-c1345 girl, think thin. if u want to lose weight, follow these steps. when ur hungry, just nibble on something like an apple. if u dont like health food, make it so u do. like cut up some apple slices and dip them in peanut butter or u can do the same thing with celery. if u want to exercise, dont over do it. i was worried about my weight a few months ago so i decided to walk on the treadmill...for 20 minutes. afterwards, my legs felt wobbly and i was so tired. now that i hit puberty, i've become taller, curvier and thinner and now i feel better about myself. when u are low on self esteem, put on ur fave clothes. when ur done, look in the mirror and say to urself, i look and feel good. i do it and i feel much better about myself. if u need a bud, talk to me at cbseemann@juno.com |
