First of all I personally wanted to say that I think you are a great parent for trying to get help for your kid! I have some information for you, and you don't have to spend a ton of money for some excercise program. I think that you shoul take your kid for a long walk everyday, for at least an hour. This is excercise, and they donot even know it... You get time to spend with her, and talk while she looses some weight. Next I think you should get her to take part in some type of sport like baseball, or soccer. This allows the kid to have fun, while loosing weight. The thing to do is make an excercise fun for them... They won't want to loose weight if it is boring them to death... Maybe you could have races on bikes, or on foot with other kids... I find that this stuff really works cause I have a younger sister who is 10, and weighs about 110lbs. But, as much as this stuff works remember that she is still young and short, and that she will get taller. And when she gets taller she will actually thin herself out because everythig grows from the center out towards the ends... So, try not to push her too hard, so taht she does not turn into one of those annorexic girls!!! Good-luck, Dave
