hi megan this is Becca. You probably wouldn't believe this,but i weigh 160pd.Yes i am ashamed of myself, but i try to lose the weight by working on my dumb-bell. if you don't know what that is, it's this machiene that you use to lstrengthen your muscels and to lose some weight. what you wanna do is cut back on how much you eat for breakfast, luch, and supper. Especially cut back on the junk food. i can understand that you have a craving for food because i do too. but when i'm trying to loose weight and when i want a snack, but i know i'm not hungry, i tell myself," ok Rebecca you know that you don't need this stuff so put it away now." or i just cut back on how much i eat for a snack. say like before i used to have 6-8 cookies for a snack, well every week i would cut back to 7 cookies, then 6, and then 5,and so on. until i got to the point where i trained my body to not be hungry all the time. that's just some advice that i thought might help you lose some weight. you know what really makes you lose weight? exercise. i know, i know, it's no fun. but thats the key to losing weight and burning off calories. don't over do it when you exercise because you could hurt yourself. but go for a bike ride or a plain walk everyday for about 20-30 min. if you do that every single day wothout scipping any, you'll sure be able to burn off the fat fast. well i hope my advice helped you out so i wish you good luck!:) c yah lata aligata
