well you can change that!! talk to a doctor or a parent. there is lots of low fat/low sugar foods you can eat. and when you eat healthy foods in healthy portions you'll feel so good about yourself! try to exercise, maybe just walking (atleast 20 minutes) GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT!
