Hey Melissa! You and me have almost the same exact problem. I was once called at school a Fat Butt. I weigh 185 lbs. This summer me and my family are going on a diet,cause im sick of not fitting into clothes and not feeling healthy. Maybe this will help!
A. Morning: Eat a healthy ceral ( Frosted Flakes )
B. Afternoon: Have what you would like but, make it into small portion sizes
C. Afternoon: Instead of watching tv, take a walk,ride your bike,go swimming
D. Have a healthy dinner ( watch your portion sizes!! )
E. Get 8-9 hours of sleep!!
