I have an idea for you, try excerise everyday, byt doing things you like, not eating any sweets, and only eating at meal times and not at any other time of the dat. DO NOT EAT PAST 6:00pm so try to eat dinner before 6:00 ebcause if you past 6 the fat is stored and your not loseing it because you'll have to go to bed in 2-4 hours so you'll be sleeping with the extra fat. Hopes this works for you!!!!!AND ONLY DRINK WATER YOU NEED SOME MILK TO HELP YOUR BONES SO 2 glasses of milk a dad is good enough even 3 is okay!!!!
