Hi all you need to do is cut down on portion sizes snack on fruits and veggies DRINK ALOT OF WATER cut down on soda and juice play on your trampoline a few minutes everyday or go bike riding or walking for 30 minutes do 20 or more sit-ups a day do at least 10 or more squats or lunges.
