Kid you just need to take it slow. Eat right. Ignore everyone who calls you names and so on. Just start walking everyday for about ten minutes. The next week do twenty. Add ten minutes a week. You cant eat junk food or it wont help. Soon after your work out builds up you will be able to start running. If ten minutes a week is to much just go to five. Until you able to work out for an hour a day. I did it and now i wiegh one 25 and im still doing it. I used to wiegh two fifty. Kid you can do it. You just have to do it for yourself and not others. You just tell that you have a really good looking girl on your side to those kids. Their just acting like a bunch of imature babies. I know how it feels to be teased. Now i look back on all of those kids and laugh. Hopefully they will have enough sense to grow up. Just laugh with them and maybe they will stop. Dont joke about yourself just laugh becouse in your heart you know your going to look good. I believe you can do it.
