you need to eat only 3 balanced meals a day and if you feel like snacking eat a fruit and drink a full glass of water a 1/2 hour later go for a run or a jog dont let food concer your mind you need to think of things to do if you have nothing to do and just are going to sit in front of the tv and eat think of hanging out with friends or going some where plus your body is still agusting and making all diffrent kinds of things your not quite used too yet but your body will change as you grow does mean o i can eat anything my body is changing it means eat right and exersise and you will change!!
