hey hun, first of all who cares what others think. If you really wanna lose weight then it has to be up to you and you are the one who wants to do it, you do it for yourself no one else. After you knwo your doing it for you try being more active, and you can still eat all the foods you like but just have smaller portions of what you eat like cuz everythign u eat in half, and try not to eat to late at night because whenyou eat late at night you dont have time to burn off most of what you ate off.
