Thanksgiving Day tip ( to avoid overstuffing ):

Pick only the things to eat you know you like.  It may sound silly, yet eat only the foods you enjoy and don't get stuffed on cranberry sauce if you don't like it.

Fill up your plate once and don't have another helping until it is a "leftover" (i.e. another meal).

Be active on any day you might consume more--take a walk after the meal or play a game of basketball.
