Skipping breakfast may make losing weight harder! Remember to always eat something within the first hour after waking up. This will help your body use stored fat as energy. Also, it will help you think better at school. Eating breakfast can help you not eat too much later in the day too!

If you wake up late or have no time, grab a piece of fruit and a drink a glass of milk. This takes very little time and it can do a lot to help your body be healthier!
