Taking Inventory
When you decide to make healthy changes, it
can be hard knowing exactly what changes to make. Here are a few
questions for you to think about.
1) How often do I eat fast food?
Take time to really think about your answers to each question. It can be
helpful to keep a journal about the when, when and why’s. From this you
may be able to make a few goals about what healthy changes you can make. Make this a healthy week!
