Ht. 5'5", Start: 221 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 135 lb - Hello, Hope you are both doing well. I just wanted to tell you that I took a trip to NM and had to eat at restaurants each day because there was no refridgerator/microwave in the room. When I got back, I started wondering if I could wing it by using the skills learned by eyeballing portions at home and cutting portions in the restaurants in half. Overall using the app/program has cut the sugar from needing it every day, several times a day to once every 3 weeks to 1X month and the snacking has significantly decreased. I feel that the skills learned have worked because I have had some very stressful moments and have not turned to food, so this is significant and want to thank the two of you for that. I would like to send both scales so someone else can benefit from the program. Thanks, Sam
