If I drink lots of water and do not eat junk food and eat at meals and a lil snack inbetween will i lose weight even if i dont exercise that much?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 130 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96) - Hey everyone I have a lot to get off my chest so please bear with me for a minute. I started having problems two years ago. I am 5'4" and was 130 then, so I was happy. Last year I grew up to 150 mainly because I ate too much crap and didn't exercise. Getting bigger wasn't fun, but I guess I was a little too busy to notice and it was only 20 pounds. I could tell i was hefty but 150 is not super fat. this year I was just around 170 and still 5'4 which is no fun now i really am fat. i try to stop it but i have bad habits and am just lazy i dont do much during the summer. i already gained 5 pounds since school ended and i dread having to go back there because now i am 180. i never used to have a big belly like this before either and it bothers me the way it sticks out and rolls over etc. i dont really mind my butt and thighs arms etc. all that much they look kinda good with some shape but i would like

i'm all happy today..i went on a weekend vacation with my friend and my parents and i totally cheated on my diet and i was totally expectin to have gained back the weight i lost but i haven't!

Ht. 5'0", Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - hey hey. i am 12 years old and 5 ft and weight 174! i feel so fat and i jsut started yoga like yesterday and trust me its way harder then it looks! i am dissapointed in my self because i am having trouble doing the excersizes but its suppost to spead up my metabolisym. i am being honest i only eat now 1000 calories a day! and today i only ate 600! and im actualy staying the same weight if not gaining! i hate myself i really realy want to lose weight before school becaue this girl is gonna be in my class that i know and she makes fun of me sooooooo much and shes freinds with all these boys and the one boy likes me i dunno if he still does and shes prolly gonna tell him about gym and stuff. becaue in gym i can only do 4 curl ups and no push ups. please help me im so scared. im thinking about getting home schooled. and oh yeah im reli pissed because chelsea keeps saying she will email me with this shakes web site that she said made her lose 8 pounds in 3 days but she never did. she kept telling me to meet her and stuff. so if you talk to her tell her im pised ..lol

I just had a 1 1/2 hour swim practice (hard laps) and then I felt like working out again when I got home, don't ask me why, I wouldn't be able to tell you...lol So I ran a mile, and then walked 1/4 mile uphill, did some crunches and arm exercises, phew! lol We might be doing cross country for swimming, so I thought that I'd get in shape running wise. Anyways, good luck to you guys:-)
