Today: 144 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! I'm 15 and weigh about 144lbs...I've been trying for months to loss weight(I want to weigh at most 130lbs but I just can't seem to do it! I've been running almost everyday and trying to watch what I eat, but the problem is I'm addicted to food! esp. carbs and sweets, which is what I shouldn't be eating!! ahh! How do you all do it?? help!

I don't know if any of you gave seen the America's top model show with Tyra Banks or not... but I watched it and it made me feel so bad, the models are so thin and the people kept complemting the skinniest one and some of the other girls were told to lose weight in the thighs or what ever. So I was wondering- Guys- is that realy what you like in girls (bottom 3-4% for weight like the girls in the show) and girls- when you watch stuff like that does it make you want to grab a bowl of icecream (like it does me) or does it motivate you to go run?

hey i am 13 and would reallly like to lsoe some weight during the summer. i would like to lose around 15-20 pounds. my problem is that my wil power isnt very strong.i need tips on how to improve that, and tips on how to lose 15-20 pounds. i have never been able to wear a 2 piece or bikini like all of my other friends because they look realy bad on me and i want to wear one to the pool at the end of the summer, even if its jsut once, i want to be able to wear one!! please respond and give me tips!!!thanks!

i think we really need someting to do after school to keep us away from the kitchen, exercise, homework (haha yea right), and i know that i need to do something, but i still tend to do it when i am done w/ the activity... or when i am making dinner w/ my dad, i "taste" everything and i am not hungery anymore but i still eat dinner!!

Ht. 5'6", Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - i am sick of being made fun of cauze im fat. i am 5 foot 6 and i weigh about 194 pounds. people always pick on me or punch me in the stomach so they can feel my gut and im sick of it. what should i do. why cant they just accept me because of who i am, not whether i have 6 pack abs or a gut

Today: 220 lb - Hi ppl ok so I weigh almost 220 and I hate myself for getting so big I would love to lose weight but I don't have enought will power. I've tried exercizing like rideing my bike but when I got on it the wheels went flat, I've also tried walking one of those machine things I can do it for 3 days or so but after that I just stop, I did 50 sit-ups for a week that didn't work either. I have cut all my portions of food in half and I tried drinking lots of water but I hate water.
